At Metromarketstore, we partner with independent sellers to bring you premium, handcrafted, and high-quality home goods. Because our marketplace is powered by multiple vendors, each return request is reviewed individually and we are committed to fair, prompt resolutions that protect both our customers and sellers.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on [www.metromarketstore.shop].

1. General Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item is significantly different from the product listing
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was never delivered

Important: Returns initiated after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted unless required by law.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our marketplace and product types, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Made-to-order or custom items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Assembled or used furniture
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants, flowers, candles)

Please review the product listing carefully for any return restrictions before purchasing.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • It must be returned in original packaging, including accessories, tags, or documentation
  • You must provide photo evidence of any damage, defect, or issue before return approval

Failure to follow these steps may affect refund eligibility.

4. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Contact our customer support team at Help@metromarketstore.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (and packaging, if damaged)

Step 2: Return Authorization

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  • Some items may be eligible for free return shipping, while others may require the customer to cover shipping costs (depending on vendor policy)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Ship the item back using the return label provided (if applicable). You must send tracking confirmation to our team. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of approval.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • If the item was returned without prior approval, was damaged due to misuse, or missing parts, your refund may be partially denied or reduced

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return (if eligible), and
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item separately

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or payment provider
  • Contact your credit card issuer (processing times may vary)

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize for any item that arrives damaged or incomplete. In such cases:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage (item and box)
  • We’ll offer either a replacementstore credit, or full refund, depending on the situation and product availability

9. Vendor-Specific Return Policies

As a multivendor marketplace, some sellers may have slightly different return policies. If a seller offers an extended window or stricter conditions, this will be clearly noted on their product page.

In all cases, Metromarketstore’s minimum return guarantee (14-day window for eligible products) will apply.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they ship. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned after delivery following the process above. Custom orders may not be cancelable once production begins.
